Dyslexic Strengths is committed to protecting your privacy and confidentiality when we collect, store and use your information.

Dyslexic Strengths generally collects information directly from you. We only collect personal information from you that is necessary for us to do our jobs.

Sensitive information will be collected only when necessary. The confidential information that Dyslexic Strengths collect may include health and medical information. We will limit the collection of sensitive information to the minimum amount required for us to provide the best possible service.

Generally, you have the right to access the personal information Dyslexic Strengths has about you.

If you would like a copy of the personal information that we have about you, please send the request to us in writing so we can confirm your identity. You can do this by email or mail.
We may charge you a fee for the administrative cost of providing the information to you. This will be dependent on where the information is stored, or the time it takes us to respond to your request. Access may be provided by hard copy or by allowing you to view the relevant records.
If for any reason we do not give you access to your personal information or do not give you access in the way that you requested, we will provide you with written reasons unless it would be unreasonable for us to do so.
